I'm Updating my Original -0 Review:
Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Services closed on or about November 1 2023 ... Why then didn't this Excuse of a Supposedly Caring Clinic not Edit their Website reflecting the PERMANENT CLOSING DATE so Unknowing and very Distressed Fur-Parents don't go there only to find their doors are Permanently Closed 🤨 I only wish I could give this place a MINUS 10 rating vs a 1 rating the lowest possible !!! The fact that this once available Emergency Veterinary Specialists Services were 24hrs then closed at 10pm because of the Plandemic now only open 8-6pm and soon will be Closing Permanently rates less than 1 star. Suggesting people drive to Buffalo, Syracuse or Cornell with a dying Fur-Baby in their arms lacks any Caring and Sympathy !!! How do you know those Emergency Facilities can even take any more Emergencies ??? I just can't believe there aren't more Veterinarians out there that are looking to be hired that you have to close this facility Permanently!!!
Ok it’s time to Talk about it Before I get started please SHARE SHARE SHARE & thank you so kindly In advance . On September 17 th at approximately 2:30 PM , My fiancé and I found my 3 month old puppy choking and in respiratory distress upon noticing this we hurried up and rushed him to the nearest animal EMERGENCY hospital, While calling to see if these animal hospitals were open and available to see Chase We were recommended to take him to emergency veterinarian Hospital because they specialize in treating emergency and could provide the appropriate medical treatment, We rushed Chase to the emergency hospital , Where we held him in acute respiratory distress in our arms & watched him go further into respiratory distress we attempted to explain to the Vet and predominantly white staff that he needed help and ask if they could please help & this is a emergency critical situation, they dismissed us We we’re immediately shut out & pushed out and told that they we need to drive to Buffalo or Syracuse to get him help , they could not provide a reason why they couldn’t help but just refused to help , immediately our heart droppeds because we trusted they would atleast try to help him & get him in stable condition, and instead because time was not on our side we contacted Buffalo animal hospital, while leaving this place, Chase began to progressively get worse , And is coughing up bleeding of and collapsed in the parking lot on the Veterinarians and vet staff watch him suffer as we were helpless and LET HIM SUFFER , attempting basic life saving treatments we did our best to keep
Him alive , at this point we are so distraught we start driving to Buffalo animal hospital where they had a bed ready for him & we waiting for a critical patient arrival , The commute was a 1 hr & 24 minutes , During this car ride I watched my Bby , my innocent puppy fight for his life , progressively getting worse Praying To God asking God to please let him make it , when we finally made it to the hospital I watched my Bby take his last breath & dying HE FOUGHT SO HARD , we rushed them In the amazing Vetnarian & her staff immediately began CPR & Oxygen Treatment, after 10 minutes of CPR We were told That it was too late by time we finally made it there he had way to much fluid built up in his lungs & they brought him out & me & my Fiancé had to say Goodbye to our 3 month old Puppy WHO WASNT GIVEN A FAIR CHANCE TO LIVE we did everything we could to save him , we were emotionally traumatized, physically and mentally broken. WE WERE RACIALLY PROFILED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BECAUSE WE WERE BLACK AND WE CAME IN WITH A BULL DOG , WE WERE IMMEDIATELY PUSHED AWAY , and denied HELP AND TREATED AS IF US AND OUR PETS SAFETY AND HEALTH DID NOT MATTER , ITS SO MESSED AS BLACK PPL WE CAN NEVER ESCAPE RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION BECAUSE THEY HATED US SO BAD BECAUSE Of our skin color MY INNOCENT PUPPY LOST HIS LIFE, They assumed because were black that we couldn’t afford to pay for his medical bills, so therefore we weren’t worthy of there help , MY PUPPY CHASE HAD TO SUFFER AND DIE THE WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME BECAUSE THESE EVIL PPL JUST COULDNT SEE PASS THE HATE IN THERE HEART FOR BLACK PPL , THEY SENT US TO GO CREMATE OUR PUPPY WHEN THEY HAD EVERY CHANCE AND OPPURTUNITY TO SAVE HIM , We are hurt , Angry , no one should ever have to experience unnecessary pain , and heart ache I lost a piece of my heart , my home is not same , THESE VETS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AND THEY FAILED CHASE , THEY FAILED TO CARRY OUT THERE DUTIES, they failed HUMANITY , this establishment is Unethical , THEY CAUSED MY FAMILY A GREAT DEAL OF PAIN AND SUFFERING, We love YOU Chase IM SO SORRY THEY FAILED you ive cried and cried , WE HAVE ENDURED THE PAIN AND SUFFERED ENOUGH I hope this creates awareness & this heartless establishment is exposed, I pray no family has to go through this pain
I had a good experience here, although I was left with a big emergency bill and ended up having to put my dog to sleep.. They were all kind and took my boy right in and tried to help.. hopefully Ill never have to visit again but if ever an emergency comes up I know my pets are in great hands.
