I brought my dog for first time and the staff made everything in their power to make friend with a very nervous pup. By the end of the visit he was so much better. Even though he was not a fan of the nurse. 😂 but this guys are great

Our vet said that our dog was having problems with her leg because of old age and that it is a spine issue but did not elaborate. I came home to find her paralyzed one day. Called the office asking for more information on what exactly he found was going on with her and the office never even called me back. I will never bring her back.

I have been going to Ridgemont for many years, 30 maybe? I have had for 4 different dogs over the years. Ridgemont is amazing, Dr. Greywall & Dr. Houska are the best. Curly, my first was a Shepard mix, lived to be almost 16. My two labs, "Thornburg" & "Bustoff" both ate stuff they shouldn't have multiple times and they saved their lives. Now I have a 15 month old Rottie, "Muscles" and he gets the same fantastic treatment from the DR's and the staff. I couldn't imagian trusting anyone else with my pups.

How can you be closed on Saturdays? Understaffed? Over paid? Both? Your a veterinarian office. Not a banker and even they have hrs on Saturdays. No dedication no reguard for the customers or patients. Just a 5 day wk production line. Bring another veterinarian in if you can't handle the load. Do I sound bitter? Yes im sitting with my loved pet that's crying out in pain. Im going to have to call a emergency vet a stranger not the vet she has gone to her entire life. Very possible that it will be her last ride. Im heartbroken. And disappointed.
