The staff are very accommodating. My dog does not like going to the Vet. We are shown into an exam room as soon as we arrive which helps with her anxiety. All the docs and techs are kind, thorough, and knowledgeable putting me at ease.

There are not enough stars to rate Penfield Veterinary Clinic. They are a 10 out of 10. The clerical staff, technicians & doctors are excellent in every way. Dr.Erik Herrema has been treating my Corgi who was diagnosed with Cushings & Diabetes. His communication, diagnostic testing & treatment plan literally saved my previous dog’s life. The kind, caring response by the front desk is exceptional. The techs are friendly and reassuring. Dr. Herrema is extremely knowledgeable, and does not hesitate to provide excellent guidance with treatment options & plans. I highly recommend this practice for your pets needs. You will find excellence in every way.
