Thanks for being so genuine. Your suggestion really helped—it’s been much better than keeping her in a cone of shame. I felt confident bringing my pet to the right place. God bless you all for all genuine care for animals who can’t speak for themselves. Update After a week: Having a dog isn’t a fashion statement. It’s commitment, responsibility, patience, and care. We took that responsibility the day Milky became part of our family over a decade ago. Recently, she developed a small scrape on the edge of her ear tip. Every time she shook her head, it would start bleeding again. It wasn’t an ear infection, but the steroids and antibiotics prescribed earlier weren’t really helping the healing process. Over the weekend, things got worse. I called the clinic, explained the situation, and they asked me to bring her in. They examined her carefully, gave us a few practical suggestions, and thankfully those actually started helping her feel more comfortable. She’s not fully healed yet, but she is recovering, and that itself means a lot to us. Thank you for treating my dog with genuine care and compassion instead of just rushing us out. Seeing her finally a little calmer and more comfortable made a huge difference. If your pet truly needs urgent attention and proper care, I would definitely recommend this place. Clean environment, friendly staff, and people who actually listen and try to help.

I had to use pittsford urgent care on October 19th for my dog that was going into heart failure. They were quick to act as soon as I walked in and they were kind, compassionate and respectful. They had to euthanize my dog and made it as easy and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them for your pets urgent care services.

This place is wonderful! I have been to several emergency vets with my cat Lucci for various issues over the years (he's going to put me in an early grave I swear). Going to these vets is always so stressful, and you always expect to wait many hours and spend several hundred (or more) dollars. Neither of these things were the case here! They had us in and out in an hour, and their prices are super reasonable for an emergency vet. My cat had an abscess and they were able to examine him, drain it, clean it, and give him antibiotics. They were very helpful at the office and on the phone, and have a very kind, calming and professional way of talking (I wish I could remember the young lady's name who checked him in). And the tech that brought my cat back out spoke so kindly of him, and said that he was so docile with them and he was extremely well behaved, so that was really nice to hear as well . Overall, this is a great place to take your pet after hours, and they make the whole process pleasant, and not nearly as stressful. Thank you so much for taking care of my boy!
